Book Week
Fri 08 Mar 2019We have loved celebrating all things book-related this week! We have been welcoming a Mystery Reader into each class each day; stopping whatever we were doing and grabbing a book for ‘Drop Everything and Read’; swapping our World Book Day vouchers for a free book at Daunt bookshop; sharing books with our parents on Thursday afternoon and wearing our pyjamas to school! It really has been a fantastic week.
A special thank you goes to Mr Knight for organising it all, and to the parents and carers who have supported us by sharing stories, customising pyjamas and most importantly, inspiring a love of reading in our children.
