Parent Governor

As a parent governor, I support the school’s vision and values by bringing both a parent’s perspective and my experience as a headteacher of a Nursery School.  This helps me to understand the needs of pupils, staff, and families. I aim to work with other governors and school leaders to help maintain high standards, support positive behaviour, and promote an inclusive environment where all children can succeed. I also aim to help the school by offering practical ideas, sharing my experience of school improvement, and strengthening communication between the school and parents, so that the school’s values are reflected in everything it does.
